Nancy Dorn Sprague, Realtor®
Nancy, a lifelong Pittsburgh North Hills resident, has been a full-time Realtor® for over 15 years, and has closed over 230 buy/sell transactions. Although she has sold homes throughout Western Pennsylvania, Nancy specializes in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, Wexford area, the City of Pittsburgh, and southern Butler County (Cranberry Township, Mars, and Adams Township).
Nancy’s philosophy of business, which permeates the entire Dorn Team, is “to help people to achieve their real estate dreams”. She believes in life-long relationships with her clients, and this has now extended to their children and grandchildren.
Because we live in an ever-changing real estate world, Nancy is also committed to ongoing education, and has continually invested advanced designations. These include Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Short Sales Specialist, Probate Specialist, Green Certified, Relocation Specialist, and e-PRO® Advanced Digital Marketing Certifications.
In addition to these, she also is an Elite coaching client of the #1 real estate coaching organization in the world, Tom Ferry International. TFI clients close, on average, 10 times as much business as a “typical” agent. This membership includes weekly coaching sessions that help improve and grow her business, advanced selling and negotiating skills, and access to a network of over 5,000 other real estate agents and brokers. Doug Sprague, Realtor®
Doug, a former corporate sales executive, has been a successful real estate entrepreneur since 2002. He brings to the team a wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, investor and contractor, having flipped 28 homes, owned multiple rentals, and ran both a rehab/renovation and handyman contracting businesses. Doug earned his real estate license in January 2019 in order to help his wife, Nancy, to build the Dorn Team. Doug has already helped multiple clients to achieve their real estate dreams. He makes friends wherever he goes, and lives by the mantra, “I just want to help my friends.”
Nowhere is this more apparent than his role with Agape Africa Fund, a 501(c)(3) corporation he founded in 2016 to advocate on behalf of Bongolo Hospital. Bongolo is a very rural, full-service health care and surgical center located in the Western African nation of Gabon. Agape raises awareness of the work there, purchases needed medical equipment, and provides for other financial and spiritual needs of the medical missionaries and Africans who work and live there.
